We are thrilled to announce we will be opening a Brick and Mortar in the fall of 2018. (better late than never - to those who have been following our progress!) We have been working hard making our new space feel like home, the only thing missing was her name... welcome to the neighborhood 1748 Bakehouse, you're going to shine here

1748 Bakehouse  was born from the kitchens of (most recently Flour and Fig) My Grandmother's Pie and Provision Goods created by Allison and Kurt D’Aurizio. Allison has built a loyal following with her innovative baked goods. Everything from seasonal pies, savory galettes, hand pies, carmelita's all deliciousness in between . Allison has been featured in Jacksonville Magazine, EU Jacksonville , Void Weekly and contributor to Edible NE FloridaKurt has been working in restaurants for most of his career and had the privilege of cooking at the James Beard House , as a previous Slow Food First Coast chapter leader had the honor of serving as a delegate to Terra Madre  has won numerous awards for his work including two AAA four diamond awards.  Food and Wine recently named Flour and Fig Bakehouse one of the reasons Jacksonville is cool.
